As the inventor of Cargility, Meera is a natural innovator and empathic problem solver, dedicated to creating practical solutions that advance mobility and infrastructure. With a strong passion for innovation, Meera leads research and development, manufacturing, and quality oversight with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach.
Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Meera combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to improving access and building stronger communities through smart, sustainable design.
When she’s not engineering solutions, she’s probably spotting everyday problems and quietly redesigning them in her head.

Praveena J. Ramaswami
As head of Business Development, Praveena blends big-company rigor with startup agility. She brings a background in strategic communications, marketing, and social impact, with experience spanning Fortune 500 corporations and startups in transportation, automotive, and advanced mobility. Her work includes leading go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and brand positioning for Cargility.
She makes things happen by putting resourcefulness to work and turning relationships and opportunities into real business momentum.
Don Manfredi
Don is a dynamic executive leveraging 25+ years of experience in starting, building, and running companies to help startup founders launch and scale their businesses. Don is currently the Associate Director of Ventures for Physical Sciences at the University of Michigan and an Entrepreneur in Residence, helping launch Cargility. Don is also active in the venture community as an investor and fund manager for the University of Michigan Innovation Capital Fund.
Known as the “startup whisperer,” Don brings calm strategy, sharp instincts, and his jujitsu discipline to help founders stay on their feet while scaling strategically.
