More than a stability device, Cargility offers a new and innovative solution that pushes the boundaries of how we can reduce the reliance on others while improving users’ mobility.

As the inventor of Cargility, Meera is a natural innovator and empathic problem solver, dedicated to creating practical solutions that advance mobility and infrastructure. With a strong passion for innovation, Meera leads research and development, manufacturing, and quality oversight with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach.
Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Meera combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to improving access and building stronger communities through smart, sustainable design.

Praveena Ramaswami
With a strong background in marketing and public relations, Praveena brings extensive experience in the transportation and advanced mobility industry to her role overseeing Logistics & Fulfillment, Sales & Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance Management. Praveena’s work is rooted in a passion for promoting upward mobility, access, and opportunity through meaningful community engagement and advocacy.
Don Manfredi
Don is a dynamic executive leveraging 25+ years of experience in starting, building, and running companies to help startup founders launch and scale their businesses. Don is currently the Associate Director of Ventures for Physical Sciences at the University of Michigan and an Entrepreneur in Residence, helping launch Cargility. Don is also active in the venture community as an investor and fund manager for the Michigan University Innovation Capital Fund.
